Natural Formulations

Cosmetic Development Labs specializes in natural formulations using advanced delivery systems, superior oils and butters, beneficial antioxidants, therapeutic botanicals and cutting edge actives for skin care, body care and hair care. Custom formulation can be used to create a completely new custom formula or to make a small change in one of our existing formulas. Our staff will work with you to take your unique product from concept to full production.

With our comprehensive library of formulas, the ability to create your own formulation from scratch, creative packaging, and artwork your private label creation will come to life.

Packaging Options

Using a wide range of filling machines allows us to provide flexible filling options. Semi automatic to fully automatic machines can fill standard and airless packages.

Bottle and jar labeling, tamper evident shrink wrap, assembly and packing is available for all our customers.

Batch Sizes

Manufacturing can be done in batch sizes as small as 20 gallons and up to 3,200 gallons.

Lead Times

Lead times are very competitive. Once all packaging and ingredients are in-house lead time is approximately 4 weeks.
